How do you handle a situation on Upwork when a client has paid for the completed work, but they are unresponsive when it comes to closing the contract and leaving a review? I've tried reaching out to the client to no avail. What steps do you recommend for ensuring a smooth closure and potential review for a job well done?

Hi Moshan,
If I have been paid and know the contract is truly completed, I will close the contract myself.

I don't message clients to leave a review because some don't understand Upwork's process and then misinterrupt the request thinking the freelancer wants a great review or 5-stars thereby feeling pressured.
