Sunglasses in profile photo

Hello all,

I am trying to create my Upwork profile but my profile photo is being automatically rejected. I wear prescription sunglasses at all times due to oversensitive retinas - you will never see me without them. In fact, I wear two pairs of sunglasses outdoors! The automated system rejects my photo due to said sunglasses, but I am not sure what to do about it - to take a well-lit photograph without my glasses would cause me pain and would make my facial expression less than pleasant. Please help!
