Suspended account

Hello, friend account was suspended . He did video verification , but when he open main page it asks again to go through video verification,but when he click on link it redirects to Job Feed page, also he can't use support center because it redirects him too. Also he can't create topic in community. Already sent few emails on Upwork support mail, but no reply! How he can resolve his problem?
