Suspended account

Hi, 

Have had an account for a while although i dont use upwork much

I recently put an ad up for a job that I needed to be done and didnt realise my payment method had expired, this suspended my account. I paid the bill straight away once I saw the email, this was over 24 hours ago, however my account is still suspended and the job cannot be done until it is unsuspended. Does anyone know how to rectify this please? Emails say 'add a payment method or contact support'

There doesnt seem to be any way to be able to contact support and there is nothing on the live chat bot that helps

Any help would be very much appreciated
