Swapping job posts between accounts

Hi there, I signed up personally for an account, then received the invite from my employer to the team account. I had already posted the job and would like to transfer the post to the work account (thrvly.com) - is this possible, as I've already found talent for this project. I'm hoping I don't have to delete it and start over... Many thanks in advance.
