I can't verify my billing method. If the transactions went to my business card we haven't been able to see where they posted. Can I verify a different card and use it on an active project? How can I make that change?

I see that you have already disabled your previous billing method and have added a new card instead. Please let us know if you have any other questions about this, thanks!

Hi R S,
You can go to settings> billing methods> add method. From there, you can add another billing method and have it verified. You can then disable the initial billing method you used and enable the newly added one.
Could you please clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser before you try adding your new billing method? If it still doesn't work, please let us know. Thanks!
