TIME TRACKER APP WONT PUSH THROUGH

Hi, I have problems on my tracker. The app will load but won't push through login and password. The app will be blank. I tried to uninstall it then install a new one, I tried 3 versions already and even restart my laptop but still has the same issue.

Can anyone please help?
