TIN ID format issue

Hi

I am trying to fill in my Tax information but I am facing issues because when I enter my TIN ID I receive this kind of error:

"ID Number format is invalid, please try again. Your TIN consists in numbers or alpha numeric characters."

I am based in Finland and my ID contains "-" how sould I proceed?

You do know that if we remove the "special character" it is not a valid TIN anymore in Finland?
