Help! I have tried many times to load my Profile, and each time it says I must "fix errors" before preceding. The only error is the grayed out box underneath line where I have entered my address, but it won't let me enter anything in there anyway! I have tried emptying cookies, clearing caches, different browsers, restarting my computer, but always the same. So frustrating- any advice out there? Also really annoying there is no way to reach anyone for help.
