Hi. I want to know how am I going to fill in W-8BEN if I am not a legal entity. I am an individual freelancer. Should I feel my social work number?

Hi Lusine,

That is correct! You should fill out your W-8BEN as an individual. If you're referring to the Legal Name of Business field, you can simply use your Legal Name to complete that.
