Team members after agency switched to basic plan

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to upwork, I'm planning to create an egency with few people I know, who are already on upwork.

I know enough that to invite a team member you need to have an agency plus plan. My question is what happens to team member in agency when I switch to free basic plan. Will the person still part of the agency or will be removed from it. Also what happens to reviews you get.

I don't mind continuing with plus plan after a job or two, but I'm aware that getting a first job is always a challange.
