Team-oriented project

I am wondering if it possible to post a team-oriented project. Our research team is conducting a study that evaluates freelancers' team performance. Specifically, we want to hire several freelancers (e.g., 30) and divide them into 10 groups (3 talents a team). We would like to provide a team project to check their performance.

Are there any previous examples? How can we manipulate teams? Thank you so much for your suggestions and help!
