Term of services question

Hello All,

We are a company who would like hire a few freelancers, through your platform, but before we proceed with any candidates we need to know more on the below topics, so we can align them with our jurisdiction.

We just have a couple questions, before proceeding:

• Can we have a service contract between UpWork and our Company ?
• Will we receive an invoice for the service directly through the freelancer or UpWork ?
• Do you offer any Staffing Agency service, if the answer to question two is no ? If so please share the procedure of hiring, invoicing and etc..
