I tried to take 2 tests earlier. Both would not load after clicking start test. Tried disabling ad blocker and had same result. Now page loads and tells me test has expired and I have to wait until September. Site tells me to contact customer service, but CS just keeps sending me in circles.

The 2 tests I tried to take yesterday were:
The Call Center Skill test and the Telephone Etiquette Certification test.
I was able to successfully take one test today, followed by another failed attempt. That test was the Demo Editing Skills test.
