Hi,
I joined Upwork yesterday. This afternoon I noticed freelancers can take online tests and the first test I was going to try out was the "English Spelling Test (U.S. Version)". Before beginning the test, I was told on the webpage that if I leave it halfway, I would be able to resume it whenever I return to the same page.
I took a look at the first question of the test and closed my browser tab because I wasn't prepared yet. A couple of hours later when I opened the test again, it seemed to be working at first but when I was redirected to the external website (https://upwork.expertrating.com), it told me this:
Your test has expired. You cannot retake this test before 8/12/2018 6:57:00 PM
I'm really confused. I closed the test because I thought I could return to it, while it turned out that I couldn't? Is there a proper explanation for this or how do I contact support right away?
