For some reason, I cant submit my issue to the Customer Support. Could you help me how to get through to them?

I wanted to ask if I could retake the English to German translation test. When the first question was shown, the time showed 40 minutes but didnt decrease. So I thought the time would only start once I submit the first question. I went to eat - and when I wanted to start the test, only 10 min were left. I am German native and my test score should be 100%. I hurried. I didnt finish the questions and now I am below average which is a false test score.

Most German natives don‘t score 100% in that!

You can hide it for now and retake it on the date shown. Take some of the other ones in the meantime.

Yes I understand - but I was mislead by the time. I could have scored above average but I wasn't able to finish the test. Someone should have a look at it and unlock it for me.
