Dear upwork Team,
currently I tried the third time to submit my valid VAT-Number - every time, without success, and I got a standardized mail with the possibility to get touch in support. As I am searching a lot of time on your site, to get a official support - I was unable to find ANY contact possibility.
I am a willing client, event to pay for a partnership to get support. But this strategy to hide and prevent customer requests, as example. I am want to write a message to the support, and for every message I am unable to submit, and got a message to ask in the community....
I also asked the community, but my questions are not answered by professionals (thank you for the community) - BUT this is your job!
Support should be not a economical problem!
I am very frustrated of this situation. Please do not tell me, why you are not asking the community - I want here a professional support.
Overall I like this platform. But this is for me a No-Go.
