The client did not pay or give me any rates

hello there
I wrote a proposal on a job about making a new logo and the client name was (Zach Arsenault) and the client sent me a message and we started the job from there, I sent him the logo files in messages and he went offline, and I didn't receive any money or any rates, what should I do now.
