The employer can not see the application

Last week I send an application to a job, on Tuesday the client denied the application

One day later I received a message from the same employer, telling me that he is not abble to see the question he asked to be completed with the application form, but I can see them in my application from my panel in upwork. I don´t know what is happening here.

Later I received another message that he is not abble to see my profile because is private, I understand that if I apply to a job, the person could see my profile, but I think the problem is that he declined the offer so he can´t see my profile anymore, I am correct with these?

Can you help me, is the first time this happens to me.

I can confirm that your proposal including the answers to the interview questions are visible from the client end as well as on your end. The client should also see your profile since you have sent a proposal. If the client is having an issue with this information not loading, he can get in touche with us and we'll help him troubleshoot.
