The new rules of work: Work without limits 2022 - it was refreshing to find this talk by the Upwork CEO.

Being new here and putting myself out there to land my first client, it has been discouraging not to get clients as I have no reviews yet. But it was encouraging to see that not only is the platform providing space for freelancers to work, but it is also actively speaking to business owners about the changing ways to find talent as the shift in how we work happens.
