The validation/verificaiton email received, when redirected everything freeze? any help?

Hi All, 

I am new to upwork, i applied and filled my application, when the verification email is received, and then i click the button i get redirected and the screen freezes and i lose eveything. i am trying to update my profile but i cannot do anythning as the verificaiton process is the first step and i cannot pass through it. 

appreciate your help and advise if there is anything else i need to fix in the settings.

Hi Hakam,

Are you referring to verifying your email via the link that was sent to your email address? I checked and it looks like you were able to do that. Are you able to log in and access this page now to continue with your profile creation? Please, try an alternative browser or incognito window and let us know here if you continue experiencing issues after that.
