There was a failure to verify your Security Answer.

Hi,

i am facing this problem with the security verification. I had my first job on upwork approved and my total earning is still 0. so i porceeded with the security verification and entered it multiple time wrong so i click the forget button to reset it but i get that response on my mail.

Hi Ahmed,

 

I checked and the funds are already in the 'Pending' tab of your Reports page. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Please note that the payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability. For more information on how you're getting paid on Fixed-Price contracts, you can check this help article.

 

Regarding the security verification, could you please try to reset your security question by filling out this form? Let me know if you need further help with this.
