Time Tracker

today I am working on a project and opened the desktop app. First I can work properly, after 02 hours then by mistake I cut the time tracker and Now it was just opened the message box. The time tracker didn't load.? I can sign out. butt still nothing.

What can I do?

Has anyone else had this problem or know a solution?
