I'm new as a freelancer. i joined upwork for a long time but did not get any project because: 1. No reply or any action on any project biding 2. when no Connects remaining "DISHERAT" and left upwork. 3. No Deap Knowlege about project hunting and Project winnining It's requsted for guidance, i'll much appriciate your effort.

If your proposals are being viewed, it means the client isn't finding on your Profile what they are seeking.

Please reformat your Summary into four short informative paragraphs and remove the emoticons.

You need to keep sending proposals and send quality proposals, Try to be in the top four so the client could see your proposal, and make sure the first two lines should be the attention seeker for the client. Talk about the project or the solution to the client's problem.
Be active in the community.

I see your profile and you need to add some descriptions that reflect your skills adn use of proper keywords and tags as well. 
Also, upload your own profile picture. 
Add some portfolio.
