Hi Priyanka,
It's great that you have strong skills in manual and automation testing with tools like Selenium and UFT, along with experience in agile methodologies! To find remote testing jobs, I recommend focusing on a few key strategies:
Optimize Your Upwork Profile: Highlight your testing skills clearly, with specific examples of past projects. Employers often look for concrete experience, so if you’ve worked on projects using Selenium and UFT, make sure to showcase those achievements.
Tailored Proposals: When applying for testing jobs, customize each proposal. Mention your knowledge in both manual and automation testing, and how your experience can solve their specific project needs. A detailed proposal will set you apart.
Certifications: If you don’t already have them, adding certifications related to testing or automation (like ISTQB or Selenium certifications) can make your profile more appealing to potential clients.
Stay Active: Keep checking job listings frequently and apply promptly. Upwork has a wide variety of remote testing opportunities, and staying engaged can increase your chances of landing the right one. Best of luck in your search!

Hi. I am an entry-level virtual assistant, and I've spent time learning and exploring various courses, articles, etc. I have submitted a few proposals, but I've not gotten any responses or jobs. Does Anyone have success tips on how to get jobs? Please note that I followed the rules for writing effective proposals.

1. Read and watch videos so you can learn the platform / rules / etc
2. Make sure your profile is good / strong and complete
3. Submit a LOT of proposals (yes, i know, connects are expensive)
4. Stay away from the negative people on here.
Its possible, just need to keep going!

100% agree Sammer, except piont 3 (though practice and refinement is vital to success in this area) .
For submitting proposals quality over quantity and being very selective about what I apply for is working for me.
