Kind Fellows on UPWORK, I am a new member to the network. 

I can determine some of the skills that I have e.g Translation English/Arabic and Arabic/English, and may also have other skills and talents. 

So, how can I determine and locate my skills which can be offered to the clients?

Research the Job categories that Upwork lists for the businesses to hire from and then pick 1 or 2 categories and begin the Freelancer process.
