Tips to get more works on UPWORK platform

Hi, My name is Arun Sharan. I am a beginner here, so i dont know much about  Upwork platform. so think this information will be helpfull for me as a  beginner. So thanks for this kind information. Can you please give some tips to get more works on UPWORK platform. I am writing several proposal everyday, but i am not getting response from any  one. Can you please send me some sample of proposal for beginner level freelancers.
