I have not received it on my local bank.

I checked the transaction you are referring to. I can see that the Direct to Local Bank transfer has already been intiated. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers take four business days to be processed. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your bank account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we'll assist you further.
