Track time on ipad issue

Good evening! I'm sure I am not the only one using an iPad to sketch and draw for clients. What is the best solution to prove that time spend on it?

You may use a desktop computer with the desktop time tracker application.

Or you may use manually-logged time with your iPad.

Or you may use fixed-price contracts.
