Tracker won’t synk to work diary

Hi,

My tracker won’t sync to my work diary. The app will track the hours but once I stop the time to “clock out” it does not save and reverts my hours back to “0”. All screenshots taken go missing too, and when I log onto the website and work diary, nothing shows for my time. This has happened several times so I’ve been forced to add my hours manually for all the hours the tracker didn’t record, but I don’t want to continue doing that since that is t protected. I’m I doing something wrong? Please advise and help when someone has a moment, I really appreciate it!
