Someone knows how long can I keep money in up work without making the transaction to my account?

Hello Candela,

You are allowed to keep your money in your Upwork account only for 6-months. Legally, Upwork is not able to keep freelancers' earnings in their Upwork accounts indefinitely. If your money is held in Upwork for 6-months or 180 days, this will be automatically withdrawn to your chosen payment method. And if you don't have a payment method, your earnings will go back to the client(s)
