Trouble landing jobs?

Wondering if my profile or my proposal's just aren't landing is the issue? Any advice to land work here I have been trying for weeks.

I don't know how your proposals look, but if they are not just copy/paste, adress the problem that the client needs a solution for, and make a personal connection, it's not them. 

Your profile could use a little TLC, though. More work examples, more tests, more text to describe what you are really good at. And never display failed tests, that will sink you immediately.
