Trouble resubmitting my profile

Problem is that everytime I press resubmit my profile, I get the message that I should check my mail for further instructions but I don't & haven't received any email.

Upon checking, you need to update your profile overview, to clearly describe any specific skill and experience you might have. Once you finish, please resubmit profile for review.

I am facing the same issue, it keeps asking me to check my inbox and the only issue stated there is solved. Why am I unable to activate my profile to start finding work?
