Trouble using Video/Voice calls using mobile phone

I am not able to connect to the call services using upwork in my mobile phone. It is not showing the pop-up to provide permission for the same, simply showing a notification saying please provide permission. Attaching the screenshot for better understandingThis is the notification

For voice/video calls:

Use Skype.

Or Facetime.

Or anything other than Upwork.
