Trying to Submit a Proposal

Hello,

I am a new freelancer on Upwork. I am trying to submit a proposal for a job, but it keeps telling me that I need to finish putting my address in the system before I can. When I look at my profile, my address is there and fully updated. How can I get this issue resolved so I can start applying for jobs? Thanks!

Hi Grace,

You will also need to add your City before submitting a proposal. To do this go to Settings > Contact Info > Location. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.

Hi,

I am there now. When I type in my city, Dublin, it keeps coming up with
cities that are in the States. And, when I just enter "Dublin" and try to
be done with it, it says that I need to select a city from the list. But,
my city is not on the list. Very confusing.

I can see that you`ve successfully added your city on your profile. I also double checked your account and was not able to replicate the error that you were receiving previously.
Could you please try from your end and let me know if you`re still experiencing any problems on your end? Thank you.
