Trying to get fraudulent review removed and support ticket is giving runaround

I had a client open a second contract after they had "technical difficulties" with the first one. I only worked with them once, but fell terribly ill and had to pull out early. They left an awful review, which I understand is their right. But they then left me a second bad review from the original contract. 

 

I have contacted support at least five times about this, only to get the exact same auto message. There is no phone number to call, and support doesn't seem to be actually reading it, as the second review IS fraudulent, because the first contract was not real. What do I do?

Sorry, but Upwork doesn't remove reviews like that - lots of other freelancers have been in the same boat (me included). You're wasting your time trying to contact support. You've got plenty of other good reviews, and some clients don't know what a JSS is or pay any attention to it if you sound like a good fit - you can work your way back from this.
