TypeError: Cannot read property 'message' of undefined - clearedcookies/cache & different browsers

Been trying to add my first portfolio image and kept getting the following message instead:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'message' of undefined

I tried uploading PNG images of various sizes, all in landscape, all under the 10MB limit. The only PNG image that was successfully uploaded was 1.5MB, which was too blurry to use for the portfolio.

Tried clearing cache/cookies for both Safari and Chrome before adding the image. No luck. Also tried incognito mode for Chrome. Nope.

Looked through a handful of posts for solutions. Seems like the only answer was to get the Upwork support team to open a support ticket...Can someone on the team open a ticket please?
