URGENT HELP : CUSTOMER CARE

Please help.

I already have project running.

When I try to logon by username and password, I get " This email address uses Google Sign-In."

When I click on google sign in, gmail screen pops, selects the right email, and the screen vanishes.

When I use "Google Sign-In."

I get this error  .You have not choose google sign in.

How do i suppose to login!!!! Please, i need to take the deliverables from freelancers ASAP:
