Hi all! Hope you can help me with my issue... I already have a verified Upwork account as a freelancer but, unfortunately, I forgot my password AND the account is under my former work email address, so I can no longer access it. I opened *this* account for the sole purpose of resolving this issue because I couldn't find a Customer Support e-mail address for Upwork. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me either convert the email address to my current one or, if that's not feasible, to simply delete the verified account (although this is less than ideal, of course). I can provide the link to my inaccessible account as well as the email address associated with it. Many thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!
