Unable to Access all of Settings

I am new to Upwork and wanted to adjust my settings/submit my W9 but I noticed that the website seems to have a glitch. Everytime I try and click on a different category in my settings (Tax Information, etc), it always redirects me to the Password & Security page. I even tried logging in on my mobile device and UpWork does not let me use the drop-down menu options. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in using a different browser? Let us know if the issue persists.

Yes, just cleared my history on Safari and tested it in Firefox. The issue still persists. Is there anything else I should be trying?
