Try clearing your cache and cookies or log in with another browser and try to submit a proposal. If the same error still shows up at your end let me know and our team will investigate it further.

I cleared my cache and cookies and then logged in with another browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox as I was using Google Chrome earlier), but unfortunately both the methods didn't seem to working. The same error is showing.
Can you or your team can investigate my issue further and get it resolved as soon as possible.
