Unable to Submit Proposal

I have recently created my account in Upwork.

My user name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**

I am associated with the agency named **Edited for Community Guidelines**

My profile here https://www.upwork.com/fl/farooqueparvez is 90% completed.

But, when I am trying to submit proposal by clicking "Submit Proposal" button, it says "To submit a proposal, update your profile rate to $3/hour or more",  although my hourly rate is already well set.

Hi Farooque, 

Try clearing your cache and cookies or log in with another browser and try to submit a proposal. If the same error still shows up at your end let me know and our team will investigate it further.

 I cleared my cache and cookies and then logged in with another browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox as I was using Google Chrome earlier), but unfortunately both the methods didn't seem to working.  The same error is showing.

 Can you or your team can investigate my issue further and get it resolved as soon as possible.
