Unable to access my account

Unfortunaltely I cant remember the email and password for this .

In my mobile i have a upwork app old version.

By using that i was able to accept a offer from a client.

But without knowing the account email i can  not log in to upwork using my PC.

Please help me .If i can know the account email i can reset the password .
