You need to select time after the contract started but not in the future. The time is in UTC.

Hi Muhammad, 

I haven't checked your contract but you should be able to add manual time if -  

• Your client enabled manual time for the contract
• You are trying to add manual time for the current work week, July 19 (Monday) UTC - July 25 (Sunday) UTC
• You're not adding hours where you have already logged time for with the Upwork Desktop App

Could you please double-check the hours you are logging time for? Also, please take note that manual time is not protected under Upwork's Hourly Protection.
