I have the same issue.
I have taken all of the aforementioned steps and have still made no progress.
I have included a screen snip of the dialog box in question, for reference.
I checked your account and can see that you were able to use the work around we recommend to users when their are of study/degree is not available.
I was unable to replicate your issue though, as I can see that Bachelor of Science is available when I type it in the field. You can try clearing your cookies, or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
