Unable to change my country location

Hi, I'm trying to create my profile for consideration and I am unable to change my "location" to the U.S. as it should be. The "country" location field is greyed out with "Aguilla" inside of it. Please advise what I ought to do. My location should be Fort Collins, CO, U.S. Once this is corrected I can continue submitting my profile for consideration. Thanks! -Cara

I am also unable to change the country from United States to Philippines. Any suggestion on how to fix this?
