Unable to complete address in Profile Section

On the profile page, at the bottom where it asks for an address, it takes the street address in the first box, but then the second box (above apt., suite, etc.) grey's out and won't let me enter information.  Therefore, I am unable to complete my application because it is not allowing me to enter my address.  I have tried other browers and the same thing happens.  Suggestions, please.
