Unable to download attachments (agora-file-storage server)

Good day everyone,

 

I can't download attachments from the clients' posts. I can follow external links though, but I can't download attachments of any kind.

 

The error in question is:

 

Can't find IP address on server agora-file-storage-prod.s3.amazonaws.com.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
 
I can't see either avatar pictures of anyone.
 
I'm working from an office so I'm pretty sure is a firewall issue (I don't get this problems when working from my house). I was wodering if there is a way to bypass this and get the attached files somehow?
