Unable to edit profile rate. The edit button is not visible on my profile

Hi,

My upwork profile is approved but i am unable to submit the proposal due to profile rate=0. I am unable to edit my profile rate and the edit button is also hide.

My client wants me to do business development for his Agency. Kindly solve my issue so that i start the job officially. Thanks

Furqan, I think you're an exclusive member of your agency. 

So, you need to ask your Agency owner/business manager to change your rate for you
