Unable to enter degree in profile creation.

Hello!

I am trying to add my education to my profile but every time I enter a degree I get the error " Select the appropriate degree from the drop-down list." I have tried entering Bachelor's of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor's Degree but nothing has worked. I have also tried clearing my cache and history on my web browser (chrome) and that hasn't helped resolve the issue. Is there anything else I can try, or someone I can speak with, to help me with this little snag?
