Hello,
I was trying to hire a freelancer for several days now but it is giving me an error that says:
"An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again."
I contacted customer support, they told me I need to update "my company" address and phone number. I tried to do that but the website wouldn't allow me to update the company contact info as well and is givinig me an error message:
"Company contact can't be updated. Please, try again later."
The Support guy told me that this will be resolved in 24-48 hours but it has never been resolved. This is my first time trying to hire a freelancer and my first experience with the website is so bad.
What should I do?
